Each OTC Pharma field sales district is a separate profit centre. Thus our field sales representatives are OTC MANAGERS in their respective sales districts.

Targets are specified for each brand per year, per sales round and per month. These targets are pursued and monitored on a continuous basis.

Roughly 50% of the income earned by each OTC field sales representative comes in the form of commissions based on target achievement.

Daily success checks are made at the OTC central office on the basis of daily sales reports. This means that we are always in a position to report the most current data on sales revenues, distribution and action results for each sales district.
Prior to every sales round (4 rounds per year), we conduct field sales meetings including product training sessions. We welcome the support of our partner companies in this context as well.

OTC district sales representatives receive continuous guidance and training from our regional sales directors.

We offer our partner companies – and of course all firms that may soon become our partners - the opportunity to accompany OTC field sales representatives on visits to customers by appointment.
